You will get a friendly and affectionate welcome when you get admitted to our centre for rehab. On most occasions, we can accommodate a new admission within 24 hours of making the booking while admissions need to be pre-booked.
Clients, family members, friends, and medical experts can all refer new patients. We'll make sure that our employees are ready to welcome you as soon as the booking has been confirmed.
When you arrive at the clinic you'll meet the clinical team and you'll be escorted around to offer you the chance to get to know the facility's layout. Upon arrival we will also give you a welcome pack which has a timetable for your therapy session and also explains everything that you need to be conversant with during your stay at our facility, the Sanctuary Lodge. Please contact us if you unable to travel to our clinic by yourself.
Our specialist psychiatrist who is skilled in detox will provide a consultation to you during the first 24 hours upon admission.
A complete evaluation will be performed here about your psychological and medical treatment requirements. If needed, a complete detox procedure will be recommended. The detox will then be carried out and controlled by our medical experts under a rigorous protocol.
A psychiatrist will call attention to any aspects of your treatment that need expert attention and make suggestions. We will make sure that anything that is emphasized or suggested is then included into your denoted treatment procedure because it is important to us that while you stay with us all of your rehabilitation requirements are fulfilled. We will ensure that you are getting the highest standard care at any time and your treatment plan will then be constantly evaluated by our clinical director, counsellors and clinical personnel.
As soon as your evaluation has been concluded our kind staff members will assist you to get comfortable. Our staff are always available to offer reassurance, give advice and help in all matters especially because we recognize that this is a trying and worrisome time for most people.
